•Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
•Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations while meeting individual and team KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Perform daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing/replenishment, visual merchandising, transaction handling, and supporting inventory cycles.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience operating POS and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including the ability to read price/release sheets.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Ability to work at a fast pace and lift 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally), including climbing, bending, kneeling, and maneuvering the sales floor/stockroom.
•Luxury retail background plus social media savvy, including experience with live-stream shopping or video demos, clienteling, and data acquisition skills (preferred).
