Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end strategy, deployment, and optimization of sophisticated multi-domain solutions across SD-Access, SD-WAN, and Routing & Switching for strategic customers.
  • •Review and approve designs and deliverables, including guidance on customer hardware/software roadmaps and resilience/security by design.
  • •Integrate AI, automation, and AIOps into delivery practices; manage the team knowledge repository, playbooks, and reusable IP.
  • •Serve as the senior escalation point for sophisticated technical issues and lead resolution across vendors and partners using advanced customer simulations.
  • •Mentor junior consulting engineers and build leadership presence through industry events and technical advisory.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering (or related technical field) or equivalent practical experience with 9 years overall experience.
  • •Experience architecting, deploying, and optimizing enterprise-scale Cisco networks.
  • •Deep expertise in Routing & Switching (BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, MPLS/Segment Routing, VXLAN/LISP, multicast, segmentation) including troubleshooting enterprise solutions.
  • •Experience with software programmability, automation, orchestration, and AIOps (Python, Ansible, Terraform, CI/CD, NETCONF/YANG, REST APIs).
  • •Experience with multi-vendor environments, including DC/Nexus technologies.
