Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform electrical or mechanical evaluation to resolve problems in non-functioning electro-mechanical manufacturing equipment.
  • •Dismantle, adjust, repair, and assemble equipment using layout plans, blueprints, operating/repair manuals, and technical documentation.
  • •Use test and diagnostic equipment to perform checkouts and rebuild/modify manufacturing equipment as advised by engineers.
  • •Troubleshoot and repair non-functioning electro-mechanical equipment using diagnostic tools and technical documentation.
  • •Perform equipment modifications and rebuild systems as directed by engineering to support operations.

Key Requirements

  • •Associates of Applied Science in Electronics Engineering Technology, Mechatronics, or equivalent military experience.
  • •Knowledge of AC/DC circuits, including fundamentals of electricity and electronic components and circuits.
  • •Basic mathematical problem-solving at least to an algebraic level.
  • •Standard PC skills including MS Office.
  • •Fundamental understanding of SPC principles and proper applications.
