Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute the long-term vision and strategy for the Application Security Testing product based on market trends and customer value.
  • •Partner with the product manager to articulate the overall vision and develop a deep understanding of the product landscape.
  • •Contribute to product architecture and lead design reviews, making high-impact decisions in ambiguous cross-functional environments.
  • •Hire, grow, and lead globally distributed engineering teams, fostering a high-performance, feedback-driven culture and AI-first development practices.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of backend software development experience and 4+ years leading high-performing engineering teams.

  • •Expertise building high-throughput platforms, scalable APIs, and distributed systems.
