Job Summary

Lead governance, risk management, and strategic initiatives within Mashreq Treasury, coordinating cross-location projects, policy reviews, and system enhancements. Collaborate with Sales, Trading, Risk, Operations, Finance and Compliance to ensure alignment with Group standards, with emphasis on governance frameworks, dashboards, audits, and continuous improvement across international Treasury locations.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the development, implementation, and periodic review of Treasury governance frameworks, policies, and procedures across the Group’s Treasury head office and international locations.
•Assist in coordinating strategic projects such as new product approvals, regulatory change implementation, and system upgrades.
•Facilitate alignment and governance consistency across Treasury internal units, ensuring adherence to Group standards and operating frameworks.
•Liaise with all Treasury stakeholders (Sales, Trading, Structuring, Risk, Operations, Finance, Compliance) to ensure cross-functional collaboration and consistent project execution.
•Prepare management reports and performance dashboards highlighting KPIs, risk metrics, and initiative progress.

Key Requirements

•6–9 years of experience in Treasury governance, risk management, or project-management within banking or financial markets
•Strong understanding of Treasury products, systems, and control frameworks
•Experience coordinating projects such as system implementations, new-product rollouts, or policy redesign across multiple Treasury entities
•Excellent coordination and communication skills for cross-functional, cross-location deliverables
•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; PMP or CFA qualification advantageous
