Job Summary

Apply data analytics and strategic thinking to optimize CarMax’s vehicle acquisition, reconditioning, and logistics journey. Partner with product, technology, and operations teams within Supply Chain Strategy sub-teams (consumer, B2B, merchandising, logistics, or service operations). Design and analyze tests, enhance models/reports/dashboards, and communicate insights to diverse audiences to guide decisions across the supply chain network.

•Ability to communicate complex topics to people with varying backgrounds and technical familiarity.
