Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a portfolio of credit-card transactions, ensuring timely, accurate, and complete billings and refunds for tickets and accountable documents.
  • •Handle billing disputes, including investigation and resolution of chargeback disputes with acquiring banks and credit card companies within timelines.
  • •Reconcile billings and refunds against settlements to clear credit card-related suspense accounts in the general ledger.
  • •Contribute to improvements by reviewing work procedures, controls, and practices and keeping documentation updated.
  • •Participate in and/or manage projects and RFP/contract review activities impacting payment services, including system/business enhancements and change management for Finance’s processes.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in accounting or business administration.
  • •Experience with Accounts Receivable and General Ledger (advantageous).
  • •Experience or working knowledge of the airline and payments industry (advantageous).
  • •Knowledge of AI and automation tools (advantageous).
  • •Strong interpersonal and communication skills, initiative, and time management.
