  • •Define and implement country strategy in close cooperation with Country CEOs/Managing Directors.
  • •Own profitability and productivity of the markets (overall P&L ownership).
  • •Lead cross-department regional projects such as customer NPS improvement, basket size increase, logistics, marketing, and pricing coordination.
  • •Allocate budget and optimize resources across countries and business verticals to meet growth and profitability targets.

  • •At least 8 years of working experience, including 1–2 years exposed to company decision-making with P&L accountability.

  • •Strong analytical skills with comfort reading and interpreting financial documents, including country P&Ls and investment proposals.
