•Understand and implement program philosophy and goals; foster student learning through innovative teaching practices.
•Collaborate with coach/preceptor and use technology-based platforms to support student progress and evaluate clinical performance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 38.79 - 58.17 hourly

Key Requirements

•Master's degree in nursing (education is verified) and two years nursing experience
•Unencumbered RN license and active license in designated state
•Ability to work on-site in El Paso, TX 2-3 weekdays during clinical rotations
•Strong communication, problem-solving, and adaptability; able to work under stress and meet deadlines
•Experience in clinical teaching/nursing education and collaboration with health placement teams
