Lead and grow the Verifications engineering team, driving technical direction and career development while owning reliability and quality across a portfolio of fulfillment integrations. Partner with Product to deliver the roadmap across employment, education, drug and health, and compliance products, translating customer and regulatory needs into engineering priorities. Scale a complex, integration-heavy system and improve data quality and automation to reduce manual work and deliver a faster, more consistent verification experience.
