•Greets customers entering the service area with a friendly, upbeat attitude and directs them appropriately
•Records customer details (name, VIN, tag number, mileage, vehicle damage) for service intake
•Controls service traffic flow and parking; assists with loaner vehicles and parks vehicles after write-up
•Drives vehicles safely within service drive; reports any lot damage immediately
•Maintains a clean, professional appearance and service drive area, and performs other duties as assigned

•Authorized to work in the USA
•Able to pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license
•Able to perform duties safely and professionally
•Good customer service and communication skills
•Maintain clean and orderly service drive area and parking lot
