Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and advance the platform to force multiply our product capabilities.
  • •Identify patterns across user needs and product to 10x our simulation software’s impact.
  • •Write framework-level code that absorbs complexity for users and agents.
  • •Collaborate with the Research team to apply platform capabilities across customers.
  • •Help define developer experiences and elevate the platform to support a wide range of technical users.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong experience designing and shipping platform or developer-focused products.
  • •Proficiency writing framework-level code that abstracts complexity for users and agents.
  • •Ability to balance building the 'right' solution with speed and iterate on products for a wide range of technical competency.
  • •Experience with products serving users with varying technical backgrounds.
  • •Nice-to-have: experience launching or building a product end-to-end.
