Key Responsibilities

  • •Own assigned digital customers and deliver retail sales, net sales, profit, and market share targets.
  • •Develop and execute Joint Business Plans and strategic account plans aligned to customer and business priorities.
  • •Lead commercial negotiations across trading terms, promotional plans, and investment priorities.
  • •Drive performance across key trading events including Prime Day, Black Friday, and Cyber Monday.
  • •Partner with ecommerce, retail media, and brand teams to optimize digital shelf performance, visibility, and conversion, and support digital launch execution.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience managing Amazon and major digital or omnichannel retail customers.
  • •Proven success delivering profitable sales growth and Joint Business Plans.
  • •Strong commercial and financial acumen, including P&L ownership, forecasting and budget management.
  • •Excellent negotiation, influencing, and presentation skills.
  • •Experience within Beauty, FMCG, Consumer Goods, Retail or Ecommerce (preferred), and previous people management experience (preferred).
