Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the drafting and negotiation of complex commercial agreements, including data licenses, customer sales, and OEM deals, often with product and engineering input.
  • •Contribute to the improvement of operational processes and forms to scale the legal organization for a fast-growing tech company.
  • •Engage cross-functionally with product, engineering and business teams to understand customer use cases and technical implementations.
  • •Provide clear, concise legal advice and practical solutions to move deals through the pipeline efficiently.
  • •Operate as a senior individual contributor with no direct reports, and collaborate with teammates in a remote-friendly environment.

  • •7+ years of practicing attorney experience, with 2+ years at a top-tier law firm in any area and 5+ years in-house at a technology company in sales-side commercial transactions (not procurement or privacy/regulatory compliance)
