Senior Data Analyst - Loan Product & Customer

Analyze end-to-end loan customer behavior to improve product performance and portfolio health. Build dashboards and automated reporting for KPIs such as approval rate, utilization, repayment, and NPL, and run deep-dive analyses on draw-downs, repayment flows, and retention. Segment users using LTV and credit behavior models, monitor data quality, and partner with product, risk, finance, and compliance to standardize metrics and support A/B test impact assessments.
