Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and schedule proposal efforts and support proposal development through negotiations.
  • •Compile cost, schedule, and technical elements for proposals in accordance with RFP specifications and FAR.
  • •Analyze BOMs and BOEs for reasonableness, rationale, and backup data; research and review historical data and cost inputs.
  • •Coordinate collection of cost, scheduling, and performance elements from functional departments and participate in fact-finding meetings.
  • •Support should-cost and pricing reviews, DCAA proposal audits, and participate as part of the contract negotiating team.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience.

  • •Experience with MS Office.
