Key Responsibilities

  • •Gather and document business requirements and system process flows, translating business needs into functional IT specifications.
  • •Review current business processes to identify automation opportunities and efficiency improvements, recommending software functionality to reduce manual effort.
  • •Assist with functional configuration, modification, and testing of designated systems; support design, testing, implementation, and upgrades.
  • •Troubleshoot manufacturing applications and interfaces, proposing fixes, and help prioritize and maintain systems to support evolving business needs.
  • •Serve as a liaison between business/IT teams, support deployment and training materials, and assist with site infrastructure planning for new equipment and processes.

Salary: USD 21.63 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or currently enrolled with graduation before the start date).
  • •Strong interest in technology, manufacturing processes, and business analysis.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with project management or ERP systems is a plus.
  • •Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational skills and professionalism in fast-paced environments.
