Job Summary

Oversee day-to-day operations of a designated patient service center (PSC), managing Natera’s phlebotomy program at the San Antonio location. Perform and supervise phlebotomy workflows including venipunctures and finger sticks, specimen tracking, quality-control documentation, and resolution of unusual orders. Ensure HIPAA/PHI privacy compliance, safe work practices, vendor support, and accurate scheduling and draw-status communication to support patient volume growth.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as operations manager for the designated PSC and oversee Natera’s phlebotomy program at the location.
•Verify requisitions and patients, obtain blood specimens via venipunctures and finger sticks, and maintain specimen integrity using aseptic and isolation procedures.
•Track specimens in the system, maintain quality results via procedures/testing schedule, and record results in quality-control logs.
•Maintain safe, compliant work environment and complete required training (HIPAA/PHI privacy and security) within the first 30 days of hire.
•Manage PSC operations including equipment and vendor support; oversee scheduling, draw-status communication, and support onboarding/training/retraining of phlebotomists as needed.

•Bilingual language skills preferred.
