Key Responsibilities

  • •Define, track, and own key sustainable packaging metrics aligned with sustainability leadership and business group priorities.
  • •Manage monthly/quarterly metric tracking and reporting, translating results into actionable business insights and presenting to leadership.
  • •Partner cross-functionally to improve visibility and performance for PCR and recycle-ready packaging sales and support targeted action plans.
  • •Maintain standardized processes for customer sustainability requests, including EPR/FPR compliance, LCA/PCFs, and ESG/performance-related data.
  • •Drive progress by ensuring accurate/timely reporting and using site-level/commercial performance data to identify improvement opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Environmental Science, or Engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
  • •Minimum 6 years of experience in engineering or business roles improving sustainability profiles of manufactured products, preferably plastics.
  • •Strong quantitative/analytical skills with Microsoft Excel and experience working with large datasets to identify trends and translate insights.
  • •Experience with reporting/visualization tools such as Power BI (or similar) to improve data accessibility and decision-making.
  • •Knowledge of sustainable packaging and packaging circularity, including EPR/FPR, PCR mandates, recyclability requirements, and sustainability reporting frameworks.
