Key Responsibilities

  • •Process equipment and materiel turn-ins in accordance with AR 710-2, AR 735-5, and DA PAM 710-2-1.
  • •Verify turn-in documentation for accuracy and completeness, and conduct visual inspections with correct condition codes (A–H).
  • •Ensure timely and accurate entries into Army logistics systems such as GCSS-Army, DPAS, and LMP, and assist with inventory reconciliation and property adjustments.
  • •Safely store, stage, and organize equipment in designated warehouse or yard areas; operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other MHE as required.
  • •Support audits, Property Accountability Reviews (PARs), and inspections, and coordinate with supervisors, Quality Assurance, and transportation personnel to ensure timely processing.

Key Requirements

  • •Basic proficiency in English (reading and writing).
  • •2–4 years of logistics, warehousing, or supply experience in an Army or contractor environment preferred.

  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and the ability to operate material handling equipment (MHE) safely.
