Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and own business and people strategies for the region in steady state and for the next year.
  • •Set performance targets and KPIs for each location and monitor progress toward goals.
  • •Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple locations to ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
  • •Manage the regional budget and forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability in collaboration with Store Leaders.
  • •Recruit, identify, and nurture high-potential employees, providing ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years’ experience in a similar leadership role, including at least 2 years in multi-retail store management.
  • •Experience managing a regional budget and forecasting revenue, expenses, and profitability.

  • •Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements.
  • •Fluency in English and French is required; ability to travel independently and regularly (~30% travel).
