Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate on PROLaunch teams and support innovation processes.
  • •Create, modify, and maintain process control documentation and written manufacturing instructions.
  • •Analyze manufacturing capabilities to improve quality, efficiency, and decrease costs while mitigating safety risks.
  • •Support design-to-manufacturing transitions, including producibility, risk mitigation, PFMEA, control plans, and pilot builds.
  • •Train operators and technicians on new or updated processes and equipment and support visual standards and training materials.

Key Requirements
