Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive, review, and enter third-party originated applications into Salesforce with accurate coding.
  • •Compile, review, and submit credit packages to internal credit teams and external funding sources per guidelines.
  • •Prepare and structure lease and loan transaction documentation and calculate present value for structuring/pricing.
  • •Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned sources, communicating decisions, counteroffers, and funding status updates.
  • •Coordinate with operations and documentation teams to ensure transactions are documented and funded, monitor SLAs, and provide pipeline status updates.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance related field and/or equivalent experience.
  • •Minimum of ten years of credit analysis and/or relevant industry experience.
  • •Demonstrated business development skills with an established COI network.
  • •Good communication skills to influence others and work independently.
  • •Strong computer and analytical skills.
