Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of progressive experience in data analytics, data science, and/or outcome research, with at least 2 years of people management experience.
  • •Strong expertise in the US healthcare landscape, especially payer and provider domains.
  • •Proven ability to operate credibly in customer-facing, partner-facing, or executive-facing settings.
  • •Strong analytical foundation to structure ambiguous questions, develop hypotheses, and produce data-grounded narratives.
  • •Strong SQL skills and experience with large, complex datasets; experience with Tableau or Looker preferred.
