Senior Project Manager - Development

Lead data center development projects for a key client, representing developer stakeholders across the full lifecycle—from site identification and acquisition through entitlement, utility coordination, due diligence, and construction readiness. Manage complex development schedules, budgets, risks, governance, and executive reporting. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and consultants, support feasibility and value engineering efforts, and provide construction-phase oversight through commissioning and handover to operations.
