Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop SEM review recipes and ADC recipes/applications to quantify semiconductor processing and enable statistical process control.
  • •Develop Optical (Brightfield/Darkfield) recipes/applications to quantify semiconductor processing and enable statistical process control.
  • •Work with new RDA tools and strategies to move toward earlier and more efficient data collection methods.
  • •Recognize, identify, raise awareness of, and respond to process anomalies.
  • •Collaborate with the global network to develop best known methods and maintain alignment between sites, synthesizing solutions and novel detection approaches in technical meetings.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in a semiconductor or programming field.
  • •5–10 years of experience working in an RDA/Metro, HVM, or Semiconductor TD team setting (ESCAN, SEM, Brightfield, Darkfield, Macro or related).
  • •Experience with Optical/EBEAM (ESCAN, Brightfield, Darkfield, Macro or related) defect inspection or semiconductor manufacturing techniques.
  • •Strong technical, communication, and analytics skills.
  • •Ability to collaborate and align best known methods across sites.
