Job Summary

Oversee development program operations for a portfolio of proprietary programs across manufacturing sites, acting as the primary interface between the PMO, functional leaders, and factory operations. Lead integration and consolidated performance tracking, flow down operations requirements and contractual deliverables, support proposal development and gate reviews, and present monthly management review updates. Own the program’s operations EAC and budget while supporting transition to production.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead, collaborate, and influence program and functional managers to support process-focused factories driving quality and performance for product deliveries.
•Own factory integration and consolidated program performance, including flow down of unique program requirements and contractual performance to the customer.
•Act as the operations point of contact for proposal development and approval to ensure operations leadership and factories understand proposed costs and challenges.
•Coordinate and develop operations requirements for gate reviews, and execute strategies from early gate reviews for effective future production implementation.
•Own the program’s operations EAC and budget and present information for monthly management reviews to summarize program status and ongoing operations issues.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a University Degree (or equivalent experience) with a minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with a minimum of 5 years experience.
•Experience working within a Manufacturing, Operations, Production, or similar environment.
•Experience working with PRISM or similar inventory systems.
•Experience managing support plans, completing basis of estimates (BOEs), and/or maintaining schedules in a cross-functional, matrixed environment.
•Active and transferable Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date; U.S. citizenship is required for eligibility.
