Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, collaborate, and influence program and functional managers to support process-focused factories driving quality and performance for product deliveries.
  • •Own factory integration and consolidated program performance, including flow down of unique program requirements and contractual performance to the customer.
  • •Act as the operations point of contact for proposal development and approval to ensure operations leadership and factories understand proposed costs and challenges.
  • •Coordinate and develop operations requirements for gate reviews, and execute strategies from early gate reviews for effective future production implementation.
  • •Own the program’s operations EAC and budget and present information for monthly management reviews to summarize program status and ongoing operations issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a University Degree (or equivalent experience) with a minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with a minimum of 5 years experience.
  • •Experience working within a Manufacturing, Operations, Production, or similar environment.
  • •Experience working with PRISM or similar inventory systems.
  • •Experience managing support plans, completing basis of estimates (BOEs), and/or maintaining schedules in a cross-functional, matrixed environment.
  • •Active and transferable Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date; U.S. citizenship is required for eligibility.
