Job Summary

Talent Acquisition Partner role supporting rapid global growth by managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and regions. You will build pipelines, partner with hiring managers, source across channels, and optimize interview processes to deliver high-quality hires in Operations, Finance, Marketing, Creative, HR, Product, Engineering and other business-critical teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned roles across multiple functions and locations.
•Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, candidate profiles, and business priorities.
•Source, screen, assess, and engage candidates through various channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, job boards, and direct outreach.
•Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for both active and future hiring needs.
•Coordinate and manage interview processes while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Requirements

•2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Executive Search, Staffing, or a related field.
•Proven experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
•Strong sourcing capabilities across LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
•Experience recruiting across multiple functions such as Operations, Finance, Marketing, Creative, HR, Product, Engineering, or other corporate functions.
•Fluency in English; additional languages such as Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia, Thai, or Japanese are an advantage.
