Intensive Remediation Coordinator- ELA

Lead the design, implementation, and monitoring of targeted academic interventions to improve student achievement across K–12 grade levels in mathematics and English language arts. Use student performance data to identify learning gaps, build dashboards and progress monitoring systems, and create evidence-based remediation plans aligned to North Carolina standards. Collaborate with Math and ELA teachers to coach small-group instruction and adjust interventions based on outcomes.
