Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive and coach store profitability and efficiency as part of the store leadership team.
  • •Lead inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink; root-cause inventory accuracy issues with the General Manager.
  • •Execute key operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Partner on reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities to maximize performance.
  • •Directly oversee Operations Associates, including recruitment, development, performance evaluation, and feedback; ensure store opens/closes per BOH standards.
