Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive and prepare raw ingredients; assist cooks and chefs during the cooking process.
  • •Plate meals and fulfill customer orders through pick and pack and ship-out stations.
  • •Follow safety, GMP, and SQF policies/procedures and ensure compliance with OH&S regulations.
  • •Maintain product quality and ensure accuracy when weighing, portioning, and shipping products.
  • •Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas; categorize and dispose/recycle waste and packaging per training and instructions.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent
  • •Willing and able to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs
  • •Experience standing for prolonged periods with regular bending, twisting, and walking
  • •Ability to communicate in English, both verbal and written
  • •Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (0°C to 4°C)
