Job Summary

Analyze business needs and current architecture to design ServiceNow solutions that meet future goals and governance requirements. Create scalable technical blueprints, lead architecture for enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP, and configure modules, workflows, and authentication patterns. Deliver POCs, demos, and recommendations for pre-sales and RFPs, while coordinating workshops and leading cross-functional teams through delivery, testing, validation, and knowledge transfer.

Key Responsibilities

•Analyze business needs, system architecture, and future goals to design optimal ServiceNow solutions and blueprints.
•Design and oversee enterprise integrations using standard protocols (REST, SOAP) and ensure architecture meets security and platform governance standards.
•Configure and customize ServiceNow modules and workflows to meet functional requirements, including authentication and access management.
•Support pre-sales and RFP phases by contributing to estimates, proposals, and implementation plans, including POCs and tailored demos.
•Lead cross-functional technical teams through delivery, performing testing/validation/code reviews, troubleshooting, and conducting knowledge transfer and training.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with strong solution design and implementation experience.
•Proven experience as a Technical Lead guiding development teams and ensuring best practices in ServiceNow implementations.
•Expertise in ServiceNow Domain Separation, Customer Service Management (CSM), and integrations.
•Strong understanding of relational databases, Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), and web services integration using SOAP/WSDL and REST.
•Experience with LDAP, Microsoft Active Directory, and ADFS for authentication and access management, plus ITIL v4 certification.
