Key Responsibilities

  • •Own product strategy for enterprise wallets, custody, treasury infrastructure, and access to onchain financial products.
  • •Solve enterprise operational problems for holding money onchain: secure wallet infrastructure, permissions/policies, custody models, treasury operations, compliance, liquidity, reconciliation, and integrations.
  • •Define programmable money capabilities, enabling rules for accessing, authorizing, transferring, automating, and deploying funds via APIs and programmable infrastructure.
  • •Create wallet-to-payment experiences connecting money at rest to money in motion across the Open Money Stack for payments, payouts, transfers, and workflows.
  • •Drive execution from thesis through launch and adoption: define success metrics, manage product/technical tradeoffs, and partner with engineering, design, go-to-market, and ecosystem teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant product leadership experience across enterprise wallets, custody, payments, treasury, fintech, or crypto infrastructure.
  • •Deep understanding of enterprise wallet architecture: custody, key management, signing, permissions, policy engines, transaction workflows, and security.
  • •Experience shipping payments, money movement, treasury, or financial infrastructure products at meaningful scale.
  • •Strong knowledge of stablecoins and DeFi, including onchain liquidity and yield products.
  • •Enough technical depth to work closely with blockchain/infrastructure engineers while keeping focus on customer problems and operational needs.
