Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate business development projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budgeting.
  • •Acquire, analyze, and further process internal and external information.
  • •Create and produce competitive materials, including briefings, corrections, and debriefings with internal and external stakeholders.
  • •Support the development of gastronomy concepts based on site, landlord requirements, and target customers; create concept presentations with image research and text.
  • •Create management reports and presentations, and manage key administrative tasks such as data filing, calls/emails/calendar coordination, invoice tracking, and interfacing with Construction & Maintenance.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams and maintain customer relationships.
  • •Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • •Negotiation-level English (spoken and written).
  • •Project management experience, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • •Very good user skills with Windows and MS Office; first experience with the Adobe Suite is a plus.
