Job Summary

Deliver comprehensive, personalized private banking service for high net worth clients and prospects. Assess client needs, recommend financial products and loans, and cross-sell additional services to support account growth. Manage timely client responsiveness and ongoing relationship servicing, including networking activities and prospect call goals. Prepare and review account-opening information, loan memos, and documentation, supporting underwriting, risk assessment, and loan closing/funding while ensuring compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide comprehensive, personalized private banking services and coordinate a seamless client experience across bank products.
•Evaluate client needs, offer appropriate financial products/services and loans, and cross-sell solutions to meet client requirements.
•Respond to client inquiries within 24 hours and maintain ongoing relationship servicing to build goodwill and additional business.
•Conduct networking and prospecting activities, including warm/cold calls and maintaining call lists to meet monthly goals.
•Prepare account-opening information and loan documentation, assess creditworthiness using financial data, and support loan approval and timely closing/funding while following compliance policies.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a related field and a minimum of three (3) years’ banking or financial services experience.
•Experience working directly with customers across all levels, from support staff to business owners and managers.
•Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience interacting with decision makers and influencers.
•Ability to prepare/coordinate proposals and work through the underwriting process with accuracy.
•Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
