Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive delivery excellence across multiple forward-deployed customer engagements aligned to success criteria and SAP engineering/quality standards.
  • •Set technical direction and architectural guardrails with Chief Experts and technical leads.
  • •Act as a senior escalation point for delivery risks and customer concerns, representing the team with senior stakeholders and SAP leadership.
