Key Responsibilities

  • •Own manufacturing operations from the production plan through final assembly, test, and aircraft release to flight test.
  • •Translate delivery/launch commitments into an integrated production schedule and maintain clear communication on production status, risks, and open actions.
  • •Establish and maintain a manufacturing execution system (production records, routings, work instructions, travelers, traceability, test results, rework, and configuration history).
  • •Own inventory management and material readiness, including incoming inspection, in-process checks, end-of-line testing, and release criteria.
  • •Work hands-on in aircraft assembly and test and build, train, and lead a dedicated final assembly and test team; drive resolution of nonconformances and coordinate handoff to launch/customer deployment.

Key Requirements
