Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, coordinate, and manage delivery of project activities across the full lifecycle of a major rail project.
  • •Develop and maintain scope, budgets, programmes, schedules, milestones, and delivery plans.
  • •Monitor performance against scope, programme, cost, quality, and performance objectives, taking corrective action as needed.
  • •Ensure compliance with health & safety legislation, standards, building regulations, and project requirements.
  • •Prepare and present progress reports and proactively manage risks, issues, delays, interfaces, and dependencies to support programme objectives.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years’ project delivery experience, including at least 5 years’ rail or similarly complex infrastructure specialism through completion.
  • •Proven construction management experience delivering complex infrastructure projects.
  • •Strong commercial and financial awareness within a package/project environment, collaborating with supply chain partners.
  • •Experience leading and delivering project elements within large, diverse, multidisciplinary teams.
  • •Experience/knowledge of NEC Contracts required.
