Job Summary

Support and drive pharmaceutical method development and validation under GMP, coordinating across project teams to ensure timely transfers and verifications. Independently operate analytical equipment (HPLC, GC, titration), manage project documentation and deviations, and contribute to EHS and continuous improvement within a high-pressure production environment.

Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

•Method Development: Independently conduct and follow up on method development and transfer experiments under GMP conditions.
•Project Management: Organize meetings, follow the full project process, and communicate status within the department and with Sponsors until completion.
•Project Testing: Independently operate analytical equipment (HPLC, GC, titration) and conduct project analysis and testing.
•Project Reports: Compile documents for project initiation and verification (QC-PLAN, analytical methods, etc.).
•Deviation Management: Track CR, DR, and OOS events related to the project.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or higher in chemistry, pharmaceuticals, or related field.
•2-3 years of analytical experience in pharmaceuticals, including verification experiments and method development.
•Proficient in Empower and Tiago platforms for analysis software.
•Ability to read English project materials and write English project documents.
•Strong problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and organizational skills; able to work under high pressure.
