Sales Associate (Full-Time) - Suburban Square

Drive store sales and deliver an exceptional, authentic guest experience by building real connections and providing product education. This role masters ALO product knowledge, supports sales floor coverage and workforce initiatives, and helps achieve goals through ALO’s Flow initiatives. You’ll maintain client relationships daily, educate guests and staff on ALO’s product and culture, and partner with leadership to analyze reports and ensure smooth store operations.
