Job Summary

Lead regional business operations for Wise Platform partners, owning servicing and operational KPIs while ensuring partners’ KPIs and SLAs stay stable and green. Influence and indirectly lead operational teams to build capacity, prioritize effectively, and fix structural issues or launch new operating models from scratch. Partner with cross-functional teams across customer success, servicing, FinCrime, and operations to scale partner success and operational excellence across APAC.

•Own regional servicing and operational KPIs, fixing structural problems or incubating operations from scratch for new partnership types or products.
•Ensure partners’ operational success by keeping KPIs and SLAs stable and consistently green.
•Influence and indirectly lead regional operational teams to set them up for performance, adequate capacity, and correct partner prioritization.
•Balance long-term operational strategy with hands-on execution across multiple functional domains.
•Grow and inspire cross-functional teams across customer success, servicing, and operations to join the mission.

Salary: SGD 17,400 - 23,700 monthly

Key Requirements

•Successful track record in senior operational leadership roles in FinTech, Financial Services, or Technology, working across people, processes, and products.
•Strong ability to execute in customer-service contexts and deliver high-impact end-to-end solutions in data-driven environments.
•Fluency with data using spreadsheets and analytics dashboards, with proficiency in SQL and Python to drive operational insights.
•Experience translating partner requirements into a servicing model and building long-term strategies and 6-month plans while maintaining day-to-day accountability.
•Ability to manage change, optimize customer support within resource constraints, and build playbooks for prioritizing work.
