Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead custody operations and securities services transformation programmes across settlements, asset servicing, corporate actions, reconciliations, and post-trade operations.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years’ experience in banking, securities services, or consulting with strong custody operations and post-trade processing expertise.
  • •Strong understanding of custody products, operating models, regulatory requirements, and market infrastructure.
  • •Proven experience leading custody and securities services transformation programmes, including operating model redesign and platform modernization.
  • •Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills to advise senior business and technology leaders.
  • •Experience leading complex transformation initiatives and cross-functional teams, contributing to practice development through frameworks and thought leadership.
