Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain Apex (triggers, services, selectors, batch/queueable), Lightning Web Components, and Flow automation using house standards and frameworks.
  • •Build quote-to-cash infrastructure in Salesforce, including product catalog/pricing data models, quote and order lifecycle, discount/approval automation, and contract/amendment renewal flows.
  • •Extend CPQ and implement custom pricing and quote-calculation logic, quote and order user experiences, and code using CPQ package APIs/data model.
  • •Create and own integrations between Salesforce and billing, provisioning, and finance systems (directly or via middleware), such as Stripe, Metronome, and NetSuite.
  • •Partner with Business Systems and Finance on data-model decisions and collaborate on release management, testing, controls, documentation, and scaling in a fast-changing environment.

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on Salesforce development experience in a production org using Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and Flow.
  • •Experience building/extending Salesforce CPQ and quote-to-cash capabilities, including product/pricing data models, quote/order lifecycle, approvals, and amendments/renewals.
  • •Experience integrating Salesforce with billing, ERP, or provisioning systems via REST/Bulk APIs, middleware (e.g., Workato/MuleSoft), or direct callouts.
  • •Fluency with SFDX and source-controlled metadata, including sandbox-to-prod release with peer review.
  • •Basic SQL skills and comfort working alongside a data warehouse.
