Key Responsibilities

  • •Create internal and external centers of influence to generate opportunities.
  • •Identify and meet weekly with new prospects and meet existing clients per service agreements.
  • •Analyze prospects’ and clients’ benefit design to determine appropriate solutions and recommend benefit changes.
  • •Maintain awareness of federal and state regulations affecting clients’ employee benefits programs.
  • •Educate employees on maximizing use of the company benefits plan and understand funding arrangements and EB products.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a related field, preferred with three (3) to five (5) years of related work experience.
  • •Two (2) to four (4) years of Sales (or related experience) in Employee Benefits.
  • •PA Life, Accident & Health licenses are necessary.
  • •A valid driver’s license is required for occasional regional travel.
  • •Eligibility for telecommuting (candidate must reside in PA or OH).
