Job Summary

Drive financial management for Business Banking by owning monthly forecasting, month-end close reporting, and variance analysis. Build and enhance driver-based forecasting models to improve accuracy and reduce qualitative overlays. Own key reporting deliverables (BURs, scorecards, executive packages) and lead process optimization and automation to improve efficiency and scalability. Partner with Finance and Retail/Commercial Banking stakeholders, presenting risks, opportunities, and performance drivers to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and support the monthly forecast process, including running financial books and maintaining oversight of performance versus plan and historical trends.
•Develop and enhance driver-based forecasting models to improve the accuracy and predictability of financial results.
•Lead month-end close reporting activities, including variance analysis, performance commentary, and forward-looking insights.
•Own and enhance key financial reporting deliverables (e.g., Business Unit Reviews, scorecards, executive reporting packages) and support BUR/reporting improvements.
•Serve as a strategic finance partner to Business Banking leadership by presenting financial results, forecasts, risks, and opportunities on a monthly and quarterly basis.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 63,000 - 96,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
•3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finance, or a related role within a financial institution.
•Strong understanding of financial statements (P&L and balance sheet) and ability to link results to underlying business drivers.
•Demonstrated experience running forecasts and managing financial reporting processes, including month-end close activities.
•Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Copilot) and experience with financial planning/reporting systems (e.g., Workday Financials, Adaptive Planning, Essbase, TM1, or Cognos).
