Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure financial administration of supervision contracts, including reviewing contractors’ payment applications and validating claimed amounts.
  • •Support project and resident managers with client relations, clarifications, and reviewing payment certificates.
  • •Review contractors’ claims and assess scope, schedule, and cost changes, submitting findings for approval.
  • •Review bill of quantities, preambles, drawings, and specifications; identify discrepancies in contract documents related to measurement methods.
  • •Monitor work on site and maintain daily site diary; support progress, cost reports, and handover deliverables such as As Built drawings and snag lists.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in the engineering services industry, in quantity surveying roles.
  • •Demonstrated experience with FIDIC Clauses.
  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
  • •Understanding of international engineering standards and codes.
  • •Proficiency in spoken and written Arabic and English.
