Key Responsibilities

  • •Achieve store targets and deliver an optimal consumer experience through staff productivity and active selling
  • •Lead and inspire the store team to meet or exceed commercial goals while modelling service and selling standards
  • •Represent the adidas brand values and products in an engaging and impactful way
  • •Maintain Visual Merchandising standards and ensure adequate shop floor replenishment
  • •Train and coach the team on service skills, brand and product knowledge, and inventory controls
