Location: Switzerland
Workplace: Onsite
Employment Type: Full time
Job Function: Research & Scientific (R&D)

Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, validate, and run analytical methods hands-on, including HPLC (SEC, IEX/CEX, RP, HILIC) and LC-MS (intact/subunit mass, peptide mapping, PTM and glycan analysis).
  • •Build and productize an analytical characterization menu that customers can order for the full antibody stack and other biologics.
  • •Partner with lab automation to bring methods onto automated, high-throughput systems with reproducible turnaround.
  • •Work with software to structure data, build analysis and QC pipelines, and convert spectra/chromatograms into clean results.
  • •Troubleshoot instruments/methods, define acceptance criteria, and advise customers and internal teams on what the data means.

Key Requirements

  • •Deep, hands-on expertise in HPLC and mass spectrometry for proteins/biologics, including method development and validation.
  • •Industry/applied experience delivering analytical characterization in a production, manufacturing, QC, or commercial CRO setting where results are fast and reproducible at volume.
  • •Strong knowledge of the antibody/biologics analytical stack for identity, purity, aggregation, and PTMs.
  • •Experience setting up new capabilities and moving fast to turn methods into automated, productized capabilities.
  • •Comfort working cross-functionally with automation and software teams, treating data and automation as part of the core work.
