Systems Engineering Specialist Advisor

Provide day-to-day functional support for Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials, including troubleshooting and incident resolution across GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Expenses, and SLA. Manage tickets within SLAs, perform root-cause analysis, and implement permanent corrective actions. Lead enhancements, configuration changes, and quarterly update assessments with regression testing and production deployments. Support month/quarter/year-end close and maintain documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base materials while partnering with Finance and IT stakeholders.
