Job Summary

Own and manage project procurement of materials, equipment, and services in compliance with company and client requirements. Interpret complex procurement issues, apply the Project Procurement Execution Strategy, and lead procurement activities including RFQs, commercial evaluations, and PO award. Coordinate with internal stakeholders (PPMs, Engineering, QC, Legal, Accounts Payable) and vendors, monitor market pricing/delivery trends, and supervise procurement buyers and supporting staff.

Key Responsibilities

•Plan, organize, and manage procurement of materials, equipment, and services for projects per company and client requirements and established policies.
•Implement the Project Procurement Execution Strategy and oversee procurement activities against project/user schedules, specifications, and budgets.
•Manage the Project Procurement group for RFQs, commercial evaluations, and PO award, including resolving commercial and Terms and Conditions issues.
•Coordinate with vendors and internal teams (PPMs, Engineering, QC, Legal, Accounts Payable) during pre-award and preorder stages, including commercial clarification and vendor T&Cs.
•Supervise, train, and coordinate buyers/supporting staff, monitor procurement performance and market conditions, provide procurement reports, and support continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Supply Chain Management (or a relevant discipline), or HSD/GED/IGCSE with 10 years of relevant experience.
•8–12 years of relevant experience.
•Professional Procurement qualification.
•Strong analytical skills to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate information with attention to detail and accuracy.
•Proficiency in MS Office (preferably intermediate MS Excel), with experience using SQL and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
